Degele Manufacturing, Inc. is a veteran-owned company that has been in business for over 50 years,
manufacturing metal parts of high quality for various industries.
Founded in 1975, DMI began as a small tool and die shop that has evolved to become a large metal stamping
and custom manufacturing operation, supplying customers throughout North America and shipping products
globally.
Our 46,000 sq. ft. building features a 50 x 200 ft high bay with 30-foot ceilings and space for a 20-ton crane
for heavy production. Separate areas for tooling, machining, manufacturing, inspection, assembly, and
maintenance make us at Degele Manufacturing one of the most efficient value-added manufacturers in the
industry.
We create our own tooling and dies and are fully capable of designing and manufacturing custom tooling and
parts for other companies. Our presses cover 40 tons to 400 tons and can accommodate anything from
precision-sized parts to high-volume production runs of significant size.
Our process-manufacturing saves customers time and expense, and our value-added services reduce
secondary operations through in-house capability. These are trimming, matching, piercing, welding,
threading, assembling, and testing to finish your parts.

Special Machine Fabrication
DMI has extensive experience in creating special machines such as tubular expanding and reducing systems, as well as complex projection welding and brazing fixtures.
Materials and Efficiency
We accept drop-shipped customer-supplied materials, ensuring material is handled only once to reduce risk of damage, minimize shipping costs, and shorten lead times — a standard practice at DMI for over 30 years.

Degele Manufacturing has earned a long-standing reputation for supplying competitively priced products with superior quality and delivery performance.
We are a Tier 2 company that has produced materials for Tier 1 suppliers, contributing to some of the most
respected names in the automotive industry. Our track record includes:
- Completing large production loads for one of the top three global automobile manufacturers. We completed 50% of their total fuel filler metal cups for fuel line assemblies for gas and diesel vehicles for many years.
- Serving as a value-added partner in a custom military ambulance program. We manufactured ambulance units distributed worldwide- including to Turkey, Afghanistan, and the Philippines. We manufactured 90% of components for the ambulance box, roof, floor, sidewall, corner posts, corner cap, floor and roof joints, rear doors, tail light assembly, storage boxes, bench seats, and litter racks.
